Today was a very mild day across the area, with temperatures around 47° to 48°, with some locations topping near 50°. But that was just a tease, as the real seasonable weather arrives tomorrow, bringing heavy snow, cold air, and gusty winds.
The National Weather Service has upgraded the existing Winter Storm Watches to Winter Storm Warnings along and south of the I-69 corridor, and Winter Weather Advisories north of the I-69 corridor counties.
Counties in the Warning can expect snow totals anywhere from 9 to 13 inches. And counties in the Advisory can expect snow totals around 3 to 8 inches.
Please do remember, some cities do have Snow Emergencies in place, to allow plows to work efficiently without having cars parked in the way. Check with your local town or city.
